The St Nicholas Foundation’s appeal to restore the Original Foundation Building in Tema New Town has received coverage in the Ghanaian media, helping bring wider attention to the building’s history and the urgent need to return it to safe use.
The story has been featured by the Ghana News Agency and a number of Ghanaian news publications, following the Foundation’s recent appeal for support.
The Original Foundation Building became the first home of St Nicholas Preparatory School in 2012. Its restoration will allow two kindergarten classrooms to return to use while preserving an important part of the School’s history and its longstanding connection with the Ghanaian, Greek and international maritime communities.
